•    There is an entry fee for each tournament.
•    Participation will only be confirmed after payment of the entry fees.
•    Tournaments are organized on knockout basis, unless otherwise specified.
•    Tournaments will be open to all levels, , unless otherwise specified.
•    Registration will be closed once the number of participants is complete.
•    Matches will be drawn and the tournament schedule will be prepared after the number of 
      participants is complete.
•    A waiting list will be created to compensate for any withdrawals that occur 48 hours before
      the start of the tournament.
•    Any participant has the right to withdraw from participating in the tournament and be
      refunded the entry fees if done 48 hours before the start of the tournament.
•    The tournament matches will be held on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays between 6:00 pm
      and 11:00 pm, unless otherwise specified.
•    Balls will be provided for all matches.
•    Water will be provided to the participants during the matches.
•    Any canceled matches will be rescheduled in coordination with the participants.
•    An umpire will be available for each match and will be responsible for making all arbitration
     decisions of each match.
•    All matches will consist of one set out of 8 games. With the exception of the semi-finals and
     finals, which will be of 3 sets, where each set consists of 6 games.
