Rules and Regulations of the Academy

Respect for all Academy property and facilities, including but not limited to courts, nets, teaching equipment, furnishings, supplies, and appliances.
Be respectful towards all members.
Harassment is not tolerated and is defined as any comment, conduct, or gesture directed toward an individual or group of individuals which is insulting, intimidating, hamulating, malicious, degrading or offensive. It includes, but not limited to, sexual harassment.
Good sporting behavior is expected of all members at all times.
Behavior such as throwing down of rackets, hitting rackets hard on the ground or hitting balls hard at walls, curtains etc in anger is not acceptable. Members are asked to report such unsporting behavior to the committee.
Members must wear suitable kit for training and match sessions.
Use correct and proper language at all times.
Respect the role of our coaches and let them do the coaching.
Resolve any conflicts fairly and promptly. If necessary ask for assistance from our captains or a committee member.
Be a positive role model especially for our junior members.
Treat all players as like to be treated. Do not bully or take unfair advantage of another player.
Respect all equipment and use it safely and appropriately.
Exhibit fair play, sportsmanship and proper conduct on and off the playing field.
